About Messaging & SMS World
Messaging & SMS World is the annual event for those involved in the global messaging and communications platform community.
Attracting European, Asian, Middle Eastern and American attendance, the focus of the event is on networking and trading in the buzzing exhibition space. Messaging & SMS World brings together the whole ecosystem, from MNOs and carriers, to OTTs, aggregators, CPaaS enablers and firewall/ cybersecurity vendors.
The event is also an important platform for the messaging market to convene and discuss the modernisation of the enterprise business messaging experience, such as Communications Platform as a Service (otherwise known as CPaaS) and Rich Communications Services (aka RCS), as well as monetisation and fraud within messaging, including Artificially Inflated Traffic.
The event has been running in London since 2014 and there is also a regular Messaging & SMS feature at ITW. The event made a successful in-person comeback from Covid in 2022 and 2023 was the biggest event yet, with 350+ attendees.
