Eli has led the strategic direction of XConnect since 2005 and it is now the leading global provider of Number Information Services to the voice, messaging and identity services markets. He is founder and Chairman of Comms Council UK, a Board Member of the i3Forum and a member of the Interim Council of One Consortium where he focuses on Restoring Trust in Telecoms, a global initiative across voice and messaging, an area which Eli is deeply passionate about. Before founding XConnect, Eli was Managing Director of Telco Global. He has been recognised for the past 3 years in Capacity’s Power 100.
